The first step of our recruitment and selection process is the careful analysis and evaluation of every CV received. Potential candidates are contacted by our HR department and asked to attend an introductory interview. According to the position to be filled, a second interview may be necessary to evaluate technical skills and allow for questionnaires, aptitude tests and English language and group assessment.
